Full Interior Re-Paints

This includes dry wall repair and replacement, patching, mud and tape, sanding, doors, frames, windows, trim and baseboards as well as cleaning during and after the project is completed.

Dustless Power Sanding

This involves using a Festool power sanding system complete with HEPA filters that insures a nearly dust free process. This helps protect your precious furniture, decor and your family. This process leaves an immaculate surface that is ready for producing a fine finish.

Faux Finishing

We use modern and old world techniques to create beautiful and unique finishes personalized to suit any space. Our highly trained staff use various types of Venetian plaster, glazes, guilding methods, graphics, sponging, wall logo painting, custom stenciling and decorative wall art to give your home or office a unique and personal look.

Wallpapering

The Primed and Proper team are expertly trained applicators who will properly prepare the substrate with wall sizing prior to wallpaper application or commercial vinyl, mylar, grass cloth, textured papers and decorative papers. One of our Journey-person Painter and Decorators will assist you in choosing the perfect paper for your walls through our Wall covering design consultations. Wall paper removal services are also available.

Colour and Decorating Consultation

As Red Seal Journey-person(s) in Painting and Decorating we are happy to provide in person advice on colour and design for your home, office and other areas. This includes our onsite colour testing service. Nothing is more important to us than making a personal and unique space for each client. For this reason we provide this service as a add on for our clients.

Wood Finishing

This includes staining, wood restoration, stripping, lacquers, varnish, French polishing and painting. We can bring your old wood surfaces back to life or even simply maintain your currently beautiful surfaces to ensure they look as perfect as the day you got them.

Exterior Painting

Our exterior painting packages include deck staining, fence painting and staining, exterior structures shorter than 15 ft, miscellaneous outdoor projects, exterior doors and garages.

Pressure Washing

We do pressure washing on exterior structures prior to painting and concrete surfaces to keep them looking fresh.
